I have bought something off Aliexpress, a mountain bike.

The seller has no feedback but had about 20 listings for various bikes and plenty orders have been placed.

My question is why would they rip you off as ALIEXPRESS do not release payment until you confirm the delivery? Where is the benefit.

My tracking number is - RA902613186CN and states "not received by china post yet" I only paid yesterday but they input a tracking number during the night (I'm in Scotland) i got up at 6am and had an email showing it.

Have I been scammed?

I paid by credit card so not to fussed.

I have sent the seller a couple of messages with no reply - 6 other people bought a bike from this seller.

I have not noticed they have nothing for sale anymore.

I really don't understand the benefit of doing this as they don't get the money.

china post might take two to three business days to update the database. you can track it again in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php on Thursday or Friday. if no result, you can open a dispute in aliexpress.
