Hi, last month, I ordered an item with tracking number LY034554255CN from a seller on Ebay and have not received the item thus far. The seller has been in contact but has no new information for me as of this time.

Can you give me an update on when I can expect the package to be delivered? Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no LY034554255CN was shipped from Shanghai to USA on Mar 23.

It is now in Zhengzhou airport . Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airlines from china to USA. China Post has not enough shipping space to send so many parcel. you might need wait some more time.

Once parcel is released to USPS, usps.com will show its local location in AUSTRALIA. please wait some more time.

I have since been in touch with the seller about how I am unable to track this item on certain websites. Can you give me an update on whether or not it is still going to be delivered? Thank you.

In approximately three days, I am going to be filing for a refund with the seller for this item. However, if you have any updated information or timeframe for delivery, I would appreciate it.
