LM338609911CN. It is written that on 2018-12-26 the parcel left Urumqi and was sent to Almaty (via transfer). No updates yet, even though many days have passed. What can be the reason? Is my parcel still in China?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM338609911CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Urumuqi office to Kazakhstan on Dec 26.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Kaz Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Urumuqi ,China or customs warehouse in Almaty , Kazakhstan ). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Kaz Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Kaz Post website will show its new status with Kazakhstan location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
