I have been waiting for the delivery of 2 parcels one since 24th November and the other 27th November. I have been given 2 tracking numbers and only one of them registers a parcel has been shipped.

How can I find out where my delivery is and when I will receive it in the US. the tarcking numbers are LT011419473CN & LT052306785CN

http://track-chinapost.com/starteub.php shows LT011419473CN was shipped on Nov 26. It should be delayed by holiday rush. I suggest you wait another week. If you can not get it by Jan 7, open dispute for lost parcel refund.

http://track-chinapost.com/starteub.php shows LT052306785CN has no record. it is a fake number. You are scammed. If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute against fraud.
