I was hoping to have an update on my order it has 'reached the place of arrival' on 2020-05-06 but I have still not received it. Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

no need care about 'reached the place of arrival' . That doesn't make any sense. It only means the parcel is in some middle railway station between China and UK.

at least 10 to 20 more days. The parcel is very likely in a Railway hub in Russia which is having big trouble in covid-19 crisis.
