Hi,
I'm trying to help my grandfather track down a package he ordered over two months ago. When I type in this tracking number it says no shipping record. We don't know where this package has gone. There is no record of it in Australia. Can you please help?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO956766509CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
