Hello! My parcel with tracking number LO936507350CN
Hasn’t moved at all from 23/3/2020 from the CHINA, ARRIVAL AT OUTWARD OFFICE OF EXCHANGE!!
Is that normal?? Is there a problem with my parcel?

Hey!
I have the sami kind of tracking number starting with LO and finishing with CN and it has the same problem. I guess it is common..

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO936507350CN was shipped from Guangzhou to Greece on Mar 23. it is still in Guangzhou airport.

corona virus has caused some serious airline shortage and delay on China Post parcels. You might need wait some more time.

One month now and nothing change!!!
It’s one month at the same place at the China airport is it normal?? All the packages stay so long at the China airport? Can’t we do something?

Covid-19 situation is still bad. China and Europe airlines has not been back to normal. Please be patient.
