Hi, my seller told me 3 weeks ago that the package LO935334511CN was sent to me but still have not received anything. Where is it?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO935334511CN was just shipped to Germany on Mar 31. It is still in Zhengzhou airport.

China government has cancelled all international airline to stop coronavirus spreading. China Post has no airline space to send these parcels. Waiting time could be quite long. you need some patient.
