I know you said that all 2020 parcels are now being returned back to the shipper. However, my parcel still says en route to the UK. So do i still wait for my parcel? Or has it been returned to my shipper????

LO933365374CN was shipped from Xiamen on Mar 19. It was sent to Xiamen airport on April 8 and is still there waiting for airline space to UK.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to UK. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Our latest stat report shows shipping time to UK after the coronavirus outbreak can take up to 4 months.

After parcel arrives UK, Royal Mail website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you can open dispute to PayPal and claim refund .
