Can someone help me. I tracked the package LO931097879CN and it states it was delivered. How can I see if maybe once it got to Germany it got a new number or what can I do. It says delivered 03 April 2020 and 11 days later still no package. We've (a family of 6) been in our home for well over a month so I know we didn't just "miss" the delivery. Also, its quite a large package so no one would have been able to just take it. I've contacted the seller a few times with no response so I opened a dispute with PayPal. My first ever dispute. Listed under Item Not Received. Anyone have information on the likelihood I'll get my money back?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO931097879CN was delivered by Germany Post(DHL paket) on Mar 19. You need call Germany Post for delivery detail. You can use same tracking number LO931097879CN as reference.

I didn't even order the product until 20 March.

if you ordered the goods after Mar 20. then it must be a scam. Your seller used other people's tracking number to cheat your money. You need explain this to PayPal and escalate the dispute.
