Royal Mail website here http://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/LO922582421CN shows the package arrived and tried to deliver twice, first time nobody at the address, second time package was rejected by the recipient and was then returned to the shipper. It is not possible to redirect and send to you again. You might need to contact with the seller to send again if you want.
