Hi,

I have one problem whit one item, I haven't notice about 2 months, shipped from china and destination AUSTRIA, what should I do?

I have contact my seller and he say to it is on the way..

Austria on MAR 17. It was sent to
GUANGZHOU airport on April 19 and is still in Shenzhen airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to
Austria. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. There is some bad delay since February. You need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
