My order has be in China Custom for over 1 week. Do you know what's going on. Thanks

LO903801932CN was sent to Guangzhou export customs on Mar 19. Normally from guangzhou to Hong Kong just take 2 days. Your parcel should have some problem.

Now Hong Kong government has closed border. Maybe this is the reason of the delay. I suggest you wait one or two more weeks for update.
