Hey there I have the same kind of tracking nuber starting with LO and finishing with CN. I guess then it is a commen problem...

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO895314795CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
