Hello volunteer,

Recently the tracking for LO891834940CN has expired as per 17track results. So can I still get tracking updates? Do I have some hope to get the package in the future? Can the seller get in touch with China Post to know what happened to the package? Please could answer something else aside to open dispute, ai would appreciate it. I just want to know how "expired" works and what other options I have.

LO891834940CN was shipped on Mar 10. It was delayed in Shenzhen warehouse for 2 months. China Post finally sent it to Shenzhen airport on May 3. it is still waiting for flight to Europe.

If the parcel arrives Spain, Correos Spain website will show arrival info.
