My package has been stuck since March 11th in China and I don't know what to do. The tracking sistem tells me it is in Guangzhou.

LO887188255CN is still in Guangzhou without moving for almost 3 months, It has 40% chance to be lost.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
