Hello is this tracking numbers goes circles ? coming back and send again ? do you think i should give few days or weeks to arrive? thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO846564875CN was shipped from Beijing on Mar 3. It failed to get flight space to Australia from Beijing. Then it was sent to Shanghai airport on April 8. It is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight space to Australia.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Australia. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives Australia, Australia Post website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you can open dispute to PayPal and claim refund .
