please can you confirm an eta for this parcel. why is it taking so long? search states was shipped 29/02??????????

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO846177108CN was shipped from GUANGZHOU to UK on FEB 29. It is still in GUANGZHOU

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to UK. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from GUANGZHOU.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
