please can you confirm the location of this parcel. are you able to confirm the sender and receiver details please as this has been in transit since February 29, 2020.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO846177108CN was just shipped from Guangzhou to UK on Feb 29. It is still in Guangzhou

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Europe. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from Guangzhou. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.

Your parcel number is real, so you can not know if it is scam . the only thing you can judge the situation is by arrival time.

If you do not get the parcel after 60 days of payment, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
