Ordered package in January 2020 and it is yet to be delivered.
What is the problem with taking so long to deliver ?

your seller did not ship your order in time.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO841634733CN was shipped by your seller from Shanghai to Australia on Mar 4(two months after your order date). It is still in Shanghai now.

Coronavirus has cancelled 80% airlines from china to Australia. parcel will have about 2 to 6 weeks delay. you need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to your seller for compensation.
