I purchased messy buns in February and haven't received them?? Can you please advise why they haven't arrived?? I await your response urgently.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO836842897CN was shipped from Changsha to Australia on Feb 29. It was sent to Shanghai airport on Mar 12. it is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight to Australia.

covid19 has forced china to have cancelled more than 90% international airlines. China Post highly depends on such passenger airlines to carry parcels. Many parcels shipped in Feb are still in China airport.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund first. If you get the parcel in future, you can pay back the money to seller.
