Hi China Post volunteers,

I ordered packet on 6 January, tracking hasn't update since 10 January. Could you pls check the packet number for me? I order other ePacket from China, but usually they update regularly. Is my packet still in Zhengzhou, Henan?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO714452720CN was shipped from Zhengzhou to Canada on Jan 10. It is now in some middle place between China Post and Canada Post system. Possible location is in Zhengzhou airport or Canada customs warehouse. You can not know exact location until parcel passes Canada customs.

such ePacket parcel shipping time might take 2 to 3 weeks.

Once parcel is released to Canada customs, Canada Post website will show its local location in Canada.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute for refund, otherwise please wait some more time.
