My package has been on route for almost 2 months now. My tracking number is LO712171766CN. 

What company do you work with in Mexico? My package has been for more than a month at arrival import customs.

Please Help!!

Correos Mexico website shows LO712171766CN arrived MEXICO customs on Jan 22, status. as "En zona de intercambio int. en el país destino, previo Aduana"

Please contact Correos Mexico to pickup your parcel asap. If they can not find the parcel for you, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
