if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.

I open dispute In 16 December 2019 in aliexpress. They give me new track number that item sent in 18 December 2019 before that they say they sent item 24 nov 2019 and give me false track number. This shop have top rate shop.

you need escalate the dispute and get refund. your seller is a cheater.
