Hi!

There is no update in logistics information since 26 November 2019. I've send you before and you adviced me to wait 20-40 days. And I did. So what should I do now? Should I ask the seller for a refund?

LO526426647CN is seriously delayed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress,you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
