http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO499010695CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

So this got updated. On your site it shows very little info. The site the the seller uses shows more but I would just like some clarification on its status.

Is the last entry, does it really take more than 2 days to move from Collections to the Terminal?

This is meant to be an Xmas present, is there a chance of it getting here before then? The seller said 9-15 days after dispatch which is clearly bullshit...

your seller just shipped the parcel on Nov 28. It is on the way to UK. Now is Xmas rush season, parcel moving and processing is slow. Based on our statistics, you. have only 60% chance to get it before Xmas.

I suggest you keep waiting one or two more weeks, if you can not get it by Seller promised time, open dispute to seller for refund.
