Hello,
I'm still waiting for my deliver since November 2019.
Can you tell me what's going on, please? On post tracking there is still the same note. Where is my parcel?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO471210799CN left china on Nov 27. Normally such airmail parcel will arrive Europe destination in 2 to 8 weeks.

Your parcel shipment date has passed more than 2 months, this means it has 80% chance to be lost.

I suggest you open dispute to seller for refund.

Thank you. Last question. Is IT possibile that parcel can change its number? For example first its LO......CN and then its EE (different number)PL?

No. China Post will NOT change parcel's tracking number at any time.
