http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO343865395CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shanghai office to UK on Oct 29.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Royal Mail system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai ,China or customs warehouse in UK). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until Royal Mail gets the parcel from customs. Then Royal Mail website will show its new status with UK location.
