So this package is being tracked as having arrived at a sorting center in Shenzen on May 2 with no updates after that. Any guidance as to what's going on?

It is waiting for flight out and it is normal according to our latest report , which shows that on average it takes about 50 days to reach USA but it could take as long as 115 days to arrive.
