Hi

Can you please advise where is my parcel? It was ordered on 01.12.2018 and it said 7-10 business day for the parcel to arrive to Australia and I wanted it delivered in time for Christmas

Please respond asap

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM355743329CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Wuhan office to Australia on dec 16.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Australia Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Wuhan ,China or customs warehouse in Sydney). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Australia Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Australia Post website will show its new status with Australia location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
