help, my package says it has been in mexican customs for 15 days. something happens? How long will it take to arrive?

Mexico Post(correos Mexico) website shows the parcel arrived Mexico on Dec 12. Not sure why it has not been delivered. You need contact Correos Mexico for delivery detail.

If Mexico Post can not find the parcel, you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
