http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM325979771CN shows the parcel arrived Russia on Dec 10 but failed delivery. Then Russia Post returned it to China.

Finally the parcel was returned to shipper in Guangzhou on Jan 3.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute for refund.
