Hi, i ordered my item end of November 2018. Still have not received the item.
Please advise when i can receive / what happened.
If not, can i have a refund instead?
i has been too long for the delivery.

Pos Malaysia website shows the parcel arrived post office in Pusat Mel Nasional on Dec 10, Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office.

You need contact your local Post office for delivery detail.
