Hi my package says on route since 2018/11/27
can you tell me where is it and when is supposed to arrive to México?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM300379860CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Beijing office to Mexico on Nov 27.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Mexico Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Beijing ,China or customs warehouse in Mexico ). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Mexico Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Mexico Post website will show its new status with Mexico location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
