Hi, my parcel was ordered several weeks ago, I can’t see any tracking information. Is this a genuine number? I have ordered several other items from China, all after this was ordered and I have received them. For some reason this parcel has not arrived

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LM299044699CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post guangzhou office to UK on Nov 25.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and ROYAL MAIL system(possibly airline warehouse in shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in UK ). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until ROYAL MAILgets the parcel from customs. Then ROYAL MAILwebsite will show its new status with UK location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.

Thanks. It’s an expensive Christmas gift, so I am getting very anxious. It’s weird that 5 other orders that I made after this have arrived.
