Hi! I am still waiting for my package. From what I can see, it says it has been returned to sender. Why? When will I receive my package? I have been patiently waiting. Thank you for your help.

LM146641737CN was rejected by US customs. It finally returned to shipper on Sep 3.

Why was it rejected? And how do I get a refund of my money? Who do I contact? What email or phone number please? Thank you very much for your help!

USPS does not provide any detailed information about the rejection. their website only shows they returned the item to Beijing from San Francico on Sep 2.
