Hello,

I've bought HDD on e-bay, and it was sent to me (I live in Ukraine) via China Post, tracking number is LL922935985CN.
First thing, item was exported and then returned by security
2019-12-24 04:19 Guangzhou City, "Guangzhou International" return, note: security return
Then, I see that my parcel
2019-12-24 04:20 Guangzhou, Guangzhou International has been exported directly sealed

Since Dec 24, 2019 there are no updates, and I have no idea, what happened.
At my local post office, I was said that parcel still has not arrived to Ukraine.

How long should it take to deliver my parcel to Ukraine? And what should I do now - contact seller, start parcel search or start dispute?

LL922935985CN was rejected by Guangzhou airport safety check point on Dec 24. Not sure reject reason.

China Post sent this parcel to airline again the same day. Normally it should arrive Ukraine in 2 to 4 weeks.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get this parcel by end of Jan, then open dispute to ebay for refund.
