Good morning

I have three shipments that seem to have been stopped for a few days in fuzhou, usually the day after shipment by checking from tracking site they are marked as "left fuzhou, going to Milan, Italy internetional " while this time they are still marked as "Arrived in Fuzhou Mail Processing Center, Fuzhou Mail Processing Center".
The shipping code is LL860354824CN - LL874503435CN - LL874503449CN
can you tell me if there is any problem?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows all your parcels were just shipped on Nov 25 to 27. Now is Xmas shipping rush season. Too many parcels are waiting for processing, status updating might take 2 to 3 weeks, Your parcels should be all ok, you just need wait some more time.

thanks for the quick response. so the packages are already traveling from fuzhou to Italy? Is it just a problem of updating the status of the shipment?

delay is not only status updating , mostly it is caused by lack of processing resource and shortage of airline(especially in Hong Kong) in Nov and Dec.

You can not know if it has left Fuzhou or not(very likely the answer is yes).

However, leaving Fuzhou is useless. Fuzhou has no airline to Italy. It will transit to big cities which have most of the headache.

In Nov and Dec, Too many Xmas shopping season parcels are waiting for processing in Shanghai, Beijing , Guangzhou and worst case Hong Kong( I hope your parcel is not through HK). I believe you need wait at least another 2 to 3 weeks (if lucky enough) to get it in Italy.

OK thanks. this package LL813059854CN was sent to me by the same seller (arrived in Italy in 2 weeks), can you tell if it passes by hong kong? so maybe I can understand if it will take the same steps. Thank you

LL813059854CN left Fuzhou 2 weeks earlier than LL860354824CN , very likely transit through Shanghai, it escaped the shopping traffic jam.

I don't think LL860354824CN can have same luck. It has been waiting for one month in Fuzhou, I believe Fuzhou post route it through Hong Kong. Fuzhou is in the middle of Shanghai and Hong Kong. Sometimes if Shanghai space is full, then parcel will go to HK.

LL860354824CN - LL874503435CN - LL874503449CN are still stuck in Fuzhou, no further information. If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for non-arrival order refund.

Thanks for the reply. the purchase protection will expire in 2 months ...
can it be a delay caused by the Christmas holidays?
is there no way to get information on these packages?

yes. delay is very likely caused by Xmas holiday. these parcel might be sleeping in some warehouse corner. Based on my previous experience, they might suddenly show up in tracking result of Italy Post website in future, but no sure how long it will take.
