Now I checked the tracking number it stated that my shipment was sent to Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) so I called Riyadh post, Actually they said that the shipment was sent there by mistake, and that you requested to send the shipment back to china !!
Not even to Dubai (my delivery place), I need my dress as soon as possible,
So please I need your fast action & response..

LL834879758CN destination is Saudi Arabia not UAE. I believe your seller is a cheater, he gave other people's tracking number to you. Another possibility is that your seller shipped your parcel to wrong address.

Either way You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.

How can I know if they are cheaters or they just sent it to wrong address ?

you can not know.

the only thing you can do is to open dispute to seller for refund no matter he is intensionally gave you other people's tracking number or shipped to wrong address.
