Hi, Order was placed on July 12 and was given this tracking number.

Unable to track on the website.

LL596795935CN was shipped from China Post Wuhan office on Jul 11. It is still stuck there. China Post wuhan office has some problem since May. Many parcels delayed over 1 month to catch flight.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not see new update after Aug 12, you need open dispute to seller for non-arrival parcel refund.
