Good morning, it has been a long wait for this package to receive, we contacted before and the post said to call and collect and pay duty... then another post said that i need to wait? which one is right? is the package ready for collection or ??? please tell us what’re the burdens? please help thank you.

Usually if the package arrived China for a week and still under customs processing, you need contact receiver to call China Post hot line 11185 immediately to pay duty and pick up the package. Otherwise the package will be returned, or might get lost.
