There's no tracking Information about LF792087251CN since it has reached Germany on Dec 6, 2018. It seems is if it had gone lost somewhere in Germany. Is there any authority in Germany for further inquiry?

the parcel is in Germany Post system. You need contact Germany Post(DHL packet) for parcel location detail.

With the China Post tracking number, I can not make any inquiry at the German carrier. I would need either a German custom registration number or a DP / DHL parcel tracking number.
