Hello all,
I ordered a couple of items from Templaran.com but only one of them arrived. I'd like to get the other one as well so I need a weight info about my parcel. This would be the best proof that the delivery was incomplete. Could anyone help me get my package info from the China Post so I can add it to my complain about Templaran.com services?

unfortunately you can not know the weight of a parcel. China Post does not show such information to internet. It is against privacy policy.

Is there a way how to ask them directly when I can't speak Mandarin (I'm Czech)?

No you can not ask China Post the weight of any parcel by phone or by any means. Actually it is impossible for anyone to get such information . It is AGAINST PRIVACY POLICY.

OK, I understand.
I supposed that they would provide me with the info as the package was actually delivered to me but if it's not possible, I'll let it be.
