I have a letter from China, but it's not received for 3 months yet. Letter wheeled in Beijing.10 times returned from one department to another. I think that problem with zip code(AZ1001), but address (str. and etc.)was marked correct. Where I can apply to this problem. It's very important to me.

RV245277681CN was rejected by Beijing airport safety check point. It has some item with safety problem.

If you see its letter 10 times returned for this reason.I would find exit to this situation.
