Can you please help me with shipment LE078635602CN. It states it has failed security inspection on multiple occasions but hasn’t updated since the 8th now. Is it back on track or unable to proceed?

LE078635602CN was rejected by Guangzhou airport safety check point for many times. China Post sent it to airline again on Jan 8. no further information about this parcel. You need wait 2 to 3 more weeks to see what happens.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
