I ordered my item 12.12.2019 I've got a tracking number and it's been sat in departure export customs in Germany 02.01.2020 . LE076497713CN is my tracking number.
I am wondering whats going on with my order. Is it shipped or not already?
If it's not shipped yet, what should I do?

LE076497713CN arrived Germany on Jan 2. Normally it should be delivered by Germany Post in 10 days. You need call Germany Post (DHL packet) for delivery detail.

If Germany Post can not find the parcel, it should be lost . You need open dispute to seller for refund.
