I ordered an item from Ebay on 3 March estimated
delivery Was 26 March. Item was accepted on
9 March. Tracking states origin post is preparing to
ship Package but has stated that since 11 March.
What can i do?

you need write tracking number in your question. otherwise none can help you.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS285802819CN was shipped from Zhengzhou to USA on Mar 13. It is still in Zhengzhou airport.

Now coronavirus has cancelled 90% international airlines from china. So China Post has not enough shipping space to send parcels to USA. parcel will have serious delay, please wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival data.
