RV964749839CN was shipped from Guangzhou to Kuwait on Jul 20. normally parcel from china to Kuwait can take 2 to 6 weeks. your parcel seems to be delayed than average but still in normal time frame.

I suggest you wait 1 or 2 more weeks. if you can not. get the goods by Sep 8, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
