Good day

I have done all I can do to track and get feedback on my order LD-2435 with the reference in the above subject but have received no assistance thus far.

I have made the order on the 6 September to be delivered in 15 days but none so far. When tracking just says on route does not confirm location since the 6 October. Why?

I feel I should be assisted on the matter and get an explanation why I paid for delivery for fast save if it is not the case.

Can you please assist. Or I shall be canceling and insist to get a refund for this late delivery.

South Africa Post website shows RV165041007CN arrived CAPEMAIL (HUB) on Oct 10. You need contact South Africa Post CapeMail office for delivery detail.

You need google your local post office contact number.

This is frustrating. Been calling and only got an answer now to be told I must email proof of payment. Why? Thought the whole reason of giving my address and paying for delivery will cover this. If I choose to cancel is there hopes to receive my money back. Please confirm.

your seller is very bad. If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you can open dispute for refund , no need payment p roof. If you did not pay with paypal/aliexpress, you are difficult to get your money back. read following:
