I have made 2 orders on 2018-11-01 and I was giving these tracking numbers

Order 1 : LAOPH0002122139YQ
Order 2 : KWTTP8310142264YQ

Its been 37 days since the order were shipped! Is this normal? Should I start a dispute?

Thanks in advance!
